Is the home valuation really free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation. One of our London REALTORS® reviews recent comparable sales and market conditions around your home and gets back to you with a realistic price range.
How accurate is an online home value estimate?
Automated estimates cannot see your renovations, condition, lot or street. A REALTOR® who knows your part of London and the surrounding area will look at those details, which is why we follow up personally.
Do I have to list my home with you after getting a valuation?
No. Many homeowners ask for a valuation to plan ahead, refinance, settle an estate or decide whether to move. You are under no obligation to list.
What do you need from me to value my home?
Your address and the best way to reach you. If you can, tell us about any renovations, the age of the roof, furnace and windows, and anything that makes your home different from the others on your street.
